Clothing Quilts
I make memory
quilts using clothing and photos of your family and friends into quilts
that you can snuggle up with. My customers find great comfort in daily
snuggling with their memory quilt.
I do all of the work at my home in Fairfax Virginia and it is a labor
of love. The actual process may be short in days but long in hours.
It is my passion so I get up early and work late to get your quilts to
you. I find that I can not rest till I finish my sewing on one of my
many machines after I get the process started. Each quilt takes about
two weeks.
Clothing Types for
Memory Quilts:
Any fabric will work for your memory
quilt. Please wash and dry all clothing before you mail it and then you
will be able to wash your memory quilt. These are some of the fabrics
that I have used.

Quilt Size
of Clothing Quilts:
Most of the memory quilts are lap . size but I also make
larger quilts. Many times I will make a quilt for your mother and
pillows for your siblings. Place your order now to secure you spot

Donna Sinrud who specializes in memory quilts. She actually helped me
make a baby 100 Good Wishes quilt (not a memory quilt) but I've seen
samples of her memory quilts and they are beautiful.
Donna was very easy to work with. She
listened to all of my ideas and offered suggestions based on her wealth
of experience as a quilter. She really put her heart into making a
gorgeous ladybug quilt for me which will turn into an heirloom for my
soon-to-be-adopted daughter.

Blue Jean Quilt
This shows the design process. I sent the design on
the left for approval. The design was approved. The quilt on the right
is complete. Notice the green squares. The customer approved the three
green squares but decided they were too load and one was removed. I
strive for happy customers. There are more clothing quilts on the
quilt gallery page soon to be added.
